Beach Yoga Class - FREE

Join us for a rejuvenating beach yoga class for all levels, where you will stretch and release stress from your muscles. Starting at 9 AM, at North Shore Park Beach.

This free class welcomes donations and offers a perfect opportunity to train your mind and body while enjoying the Sun☀️ and Sand⛱️. Plus, after the class, there's nothing like a refreshing jump in the sea!🌊 Bring your family or friends and enjoy a relaxing day at the beach!

📒What do you need?

Bring water, your yoga mat and an extra towel!!

📍Directions to Class Location

Go to the park entrance at Collins Avenue and 81st Street, and find us at the beach entrance next to the volleyball courts, close to the lifeguard station. Please refer to the map in the attached photos to locate the class.

🚙Parking

There is street parking available in front of the park, as well as parking lots on the opposite side of Collins Avenue (PayByPhone).

☔Rain Policy

Please note that all classes will be held weather permitting. If rain is forecasted the day before the class or within two hours before it starts, the class will be canceled. We want you to stay dry and safe!
