Porth Eirias Runners & Ruth Lloyd-Williams are delighted to bring back the much loved Fizzy Friday 5K Fun Run, a fun filled evening of fizz, fancy dress, friendship, & fundraising!
Whether you choose to run, jog, stroll, or sparkle your way around the beautiful 5K Llandudno Promenade route, you'll be rewarded with fizzy refreshment stops along the way, all while raising money for Ruth vs Billy Fund, supporting people and families at war with Bowel Cancer.
🎉 Gather your friends, colleagues, family members, or running buddies and join us for a fantastic night out with a difference. This is not about PBs or finishing times, it's about having fun, making memories, and raising money for a wonderful cause.

Dust off those tutus, break out the sequins, add some sparkle, get creative. The brighter, bolder, and fizzier the outfit, the better!

The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! Join us for the after party at the Seafront Hotel, where you can keep the celebrations going with a DJ and bar.
Paid and free parking is available along the Llandudno Promenade (North Shore). On-street Pay & Display bays operate from 10:00 to 16:00. Summer rates (May 1–Sept 30) are £5.50 for up to 4 hours. Some free spots exist further towards Craig-y-Don and the RNLI station, though availability varies
