Enjoy a free family yoga class presented in partnership between Stoughton Yoga and the Stoughton Public Library. These playful beginner-level classes are designed for children ages 6 and up and their caregivers. Children must be at least 6 years old to participate. We recommend you bring a blanket or towel, but the studio can loan you any other props you need, even a mat.
