At 'Dance Aroon' you are invited to move in any way that feels right to you—there are no steps to follow nor expectations of how you 'should' move.
Join us for some juicy beats to express yourself however you like, explore movement, your body's reactions to different tunes letting music guide you.
At Dance A'roon you have a chance to tune into your body, flow with your emotions, connect with others beyond words, and experience the uplifting power of movement.
The sessions begin with some gentle somatic movement prompts to support dancers to let go of the thinking mind and move into body wisdom space.
Suggestions of dance imagery are offered for you to play with (or not) and then it's you and the music and the magic unfolds.☆☆☆☆☆
**Regardless of your dance background or current mood, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Payment on the door:- £15 (cash preferred)
