Chair yoga incorporates gentle movements linked with conscious breathing while seated in a chair. Also includes various breathing and relaxation techniques. Suitable for all levels- no yoga experience necessary. People report leaving feeling more relaxed, with improved mental clarity, and feeling refreshed. Event is sponsored by the Yablon Cancer Health & Wellness Program.

Chair Yoga classes are held in person in the Ken Hamilton Caregivers Center , 1st floor - Northern Westchester Hospital, 400 East Main St., Mt. Kisco, NY 10549. Please note that the Caregivers Center is located next to the lobby that is closest to the parking garage. It is on the opposite side of the hospital campus from the Cancer Center.
