These classes introduce mindfulness as an intentional practice of easing into life - teaching through presented talks, guided practice, and communal enquiry - how we can awaken to our everyday lives and the world around us in ways that can bring about greater ease, joy, and resilience.Topics covered include mindfulness of breath, body, emotions, thoughts, lived experience, and the potential benefits of all of these - revealing a new set of tools with which to meet more healthily the complexities and wonders of life.

No set cost - donation only
Attendees have access to mats, blankets, cushions, chairs, and water in order to nurture a recovery of easefulness in their practice.
The building is fully accessible with disabled toilet facilities.
These classes are be taught by:
HELEN WILLIAMS - Wellbeing Facilitator at Care Nest Plymouth CIC, and Accredited Teacher of Mindfulness with the Greater Good Science Centre (University of California) and the Centre of Excellence and Professional Register.
