Ready to make a cake that flocks together perfectly? In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a stunning 6-inch flamingo cake that’s cute enough to steal the spotlight at any occasion—birthday, celebration, or just because!
You’ll master the essentials: leveling your cakes, crumb coating like a pro, coloring frosting to perfection, piping beautiful rosettes, and working with fondant to create your very own charming flamingo. No previous experience? No problem! This class is perfect for beginners, so don’t worry if you’re new to the cake-decorating game.

Skill Level: Adult – Beginner (Recommended for ages 14+)
Class Size: 10 students maximum
Cancellation Policy: If you signed up for a class and cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be given to students who notify AZ Cake Shoppe at least 72 hours prior to the class. A fee of $25 will be retained for any cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to class. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the start of class.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel the class if the minimum enrollment is not reached or heaven forbid due to sickness or injury.
Email reminders/confirmation will be sent to the email received on the registration the Thursday before class.
