Here’s the lowdown so far: two great bands — Idol Records’ own Darstar and regional favorites Real Live Wire (yeah, those guys from Green Street Monster Fest ’24). ETX Hotsauce Co. is bringing the heat with the Hottest Dog Eating Contest — think Hot Ones, but with a frankfurter twist.
We’ll have a few vendors, hot dogs (of course), a food truck or two slingin’ sweet goodies, maybe some kayaking, maybe some fishing. Fermented adult beverages? Absolutely. Non-alcoholic options? You bet. Hot cocoa? Great idea. We might even fire up the pit for some s’mores.
It’s shaping up to be an easygoing, all-ages, rockin’ good time out at Lake Lamond. Oh, and bring the pooch — we’re working on something for them also.
