Fresh Start Series at The Yards

Throughout January, The Yards is hosting themed workshops led by neighborhood retailers, each designed to spark new habits, uncover passions, and make your New Year goals feel fun and achievable. From journaling to fitness, vision boards to nutrition, this is your chance to explore something new right in your community.

Join us for rotating pop-ups and activities such as:

• January 6, 6:30pm: Group run with Pacers with complimentary item from Playa Bowls
• January 15, 6pm-7pm: A giveaway cart pop-up at District Winery with items to help kickstart your new years resolutions, along with a complimentary glass of wine for the first (30) guests.
• January 20, 6:15pm: Grocery Tour with VIDA. Enhance your grocery shopping experience AND confidence! In this tour we will explore the aisles, uncover nutritious favorites, learn how to build a cart that supports your health goals, and enjoy some friendly challenges to test your knowledge. After the tour everyone is invited back to VIDA where we will have some lite bites and club information available, Nutrition, Personal Training, Sap and Studio programming.
• January 21, 6pm-8pm: Vision Board Making with Steadfast Supply
• January 22, 7:30pm-8:30pm: Heated Yoga with VIDA. Heated Yoga incorporates the flow and grace of many of VIDA’s other Vinyasa and Power classes. Students will benefit from a Hot Yoga class with increased depth in poses and strengthening benefits but at a soothing temperature of 90 degrees. All levels, including beginners, are welcome. This class appeals to any student looking to deepen a yoga practice.Smoothies and lite bites will be available after class.
• January 28, 6pm: Planting and Goal Setting at Steadfast Supply
• January 29, 5pm-6pm: Bullet Journalling workshop at Maman. All guests will recieve a complimentary glass of wine at this guided class.

Guests are encouraged to attend multiple sessions. Each week brings a new theme, new faces, and new opportunities to learn, connect, and grow. All classes are complimentary with RSVP and include special perks and in-store offers just for participants. Registration requires a refundable $15 hold for your spot, which will be returned upon check-in.

Not able to attend a workshop? No problem! You can still sip on specialty mocktails at participating Yards retailers all month long, perfect for kicking off Dry January and keeping those healthy habits strong.
