I’m so excited to announce my very first Hands-On Fresh Pasta Workshop! Whether you’ve never made pasta before or you’re looking to sharpen your skills, this class is designed to be fun, interactive, and delicious.

You’ll learn how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch, roll and cut your own noodles, prepare classic Italian sauces, and enjoy the meal you create. Plus, you’ll leave with recipes, chef tips, and the confidence to make fresh pasta at home.
