Join us for a Gnocchi and Pesto Cooking Class!Come to the Layered Studio for a relaxed and enjoyable cooking class with the Layered ladies! You'll learn how to create delicious potato gnocchi and homemade pesto sauce from scratch – perfect for a fun evening out!
In this two-hour class, you will:
Master the art of making classic potato gnocchi (Italian dumplings), with expert tips to achieve a light and tender texture.
Prepare a vibrant and flavorful Pesto alla Genovese sauce, learning how to maintain its bright green color and select high-quality ingredients.
Receive guidance on the best methods for storing and cooking your freshly made gnocchi.
Enjoy a plate of the gnocchi and pesto you helped create at the end of the class.
We will also provide:
