If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, this is your class.
Join us on April 17th from 6:30–8:30 PM at The DIY District for our Intro to Egg Dough workshop, where we’ll walk you through the foundations of handmade pasta in a fun, relaxed setting.
Don’t worry if you’ve never made pasta from scratch. No experience is needed for this workshop, just curiosity.
In this class, you’ll learn essential tips for getting fresh egg dough right, from choosing quality flour to understanding the right hydration for a perfect dough. We’ll guide you step by step so you feel confident from the very beginning.
Once your dough is ready, you’ll move to a pasta station set up with a Marcato pasta machine and tools to learn how to roll your pasta sheets and shape your own farfalle, sorpresine, and fettuccine.
