A gong bath is a powerful sound experience designed to guide the mind and body into deep relaxation.

During the session, participants lie down comfortably while large therapeutic gongs are played in waves of resonating sound. These vibrations fill the room and can be felt throughout the body, helping the mind slow down and enter a deeply calm state.

Full event ticket holders will recieve a wristband allowing unrestricted access throughtout the day. Or you can pay a small entry fee of £5 which will be donated to the charity.
