Held in a beautiful, serene space, this session is designed to help you relax the moment you arrive. You’ll be guided through a soothing sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments — all tuned to gently unwind the mind, release stress, and restore balance.
