This session will be led by Taylor Lehn, a certified life coach and sound healer from Black Raven Wellness who will use a set of 7 quartz crystal singing bowls to create a peaceful and meditative atmosphere. This sound bath is designed to balance the energy system (Chakra Centers) that run up and down your body. You'll be able to unwind and let go of any stress or tension as the soothing sounds wash over you.
