Frequency & Flow: A Painted Sound Bath ExperienceStep into an evening designed to help you slow down, release, and reconnect with yourself
Frequency & Flow is a multi-sensory healing experience that blends the calming vibrations of sound healing with intuitive canvas painting
We will begin with a guided sound bath led by Brien of Sound Healing Conservatory, allowing your mind and body to settle into a relaxed and open state
From there, you will gently transition into an intuitive painting experience guided by Crystal of Crystal Wellness and Healing, where you will be invited to express what you felt, saw, or discovered within
Soft sound healing will continue throughout the creative process, helping you stay grounded, present, and in flow
We will close the evening with sound, allowing your energy and your artwork to integrate before returning back into your day
No experience is needed. This is not about creating something perfect. It is about allowing yourself to feel, explore, and express freely
