Frequency & Flow: A Sacred Healing Woman's Retreat is an all-inclusive, immersive healing experience set in the peaceful mountain and forest landscape of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This retreat is intentionally designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and soulful reconnection through sound, light, nature, and ceremony.

Guests will be guided through restorative experiences in the Frequency & Flow Lounge, featuring immersive sound therapy paired with chromotherapy lighting to gently reset the body and mind. The retreat also includes Reiki healing, tuning fork therapy, and biofield tuning, offering subtle yet profound support for physical, emotional, and energetic alignment.

Throughout the retreat, guests will gather for guided sound baths, sacred tea ceremony, fire circle, and soul circle, creating space for reflection, connection, and integration. Time in nature is woven into the experience with gentle hiking and outdoor grounding practices, allowing the natural environment to become part of the healing journey.

All meals and accommodations are included, allowing you to fully unplug and receive without distraction. Every detail of the retreat is curated to create a safe, nurturing environment where you can slow down, release what no longer serves you, and return to your natural state of balance and flow.

This retreat is ideal for those seeking rest, renewal, clarity, and reconnection—no prior experience with energy work is required.
