Join us for a powerful and liberating Frequencies on the Full Moon experience, curated specifically for women, rooted in movement, release, sensual freedom, and energetic alignment.

This month, Frequencies is collaborating with The Holistic Hoochie herself, Ratat Rayay, to bring you a Sacral Chakra Release guided by the healing energy of the Full Moon.

The sacral chakra is the center of creativity, sensuality, flow, and emotional expression. When balanced, we feel confident, empowered, connected, expressive, and deeply in tune with our bodies. This gathering is a safe space for releasing shame, activating joy, and reclaiming your divine feminine energy.

We will begin with learning a choreographed movement sequence led by Ratat Rayay, designed to activate and open the sacral chakra.
The routine will be set to an original song created by Se7ven (Tiffany Noel) and Bubby, tuned specifically to Solfeggio frequencies aligned with sacral chakra healing.

After learning the choreography, we will come together in community to dance, release, and embody freedom with no judgment, no pressure—just pure liberation.

We will close with a grounding and restorative sound healing meditation led by Tiffany Noel of Seescapes Mind & Body, designed to bring your energy back into harmony and fully integrate the sacral chakra release.
