FREQS & GEEKS showcases electronic artists from Lutruwita/Tasmania—emerging, established, and everything between. A space for the unclassifiable. Hypnotic, chaotic, euphoric, and raw. Textures that swallow you whole.
VARX is an ambient electronic artist improvising live with synths, pedals, vocals and other gadgets. Obsessed with the power of drones, improvisational techniques and coming from a long career as an audio technician, VARX creates music that transforms familiar moments into something new, offering listeners an intimate experience where the ordinary is made unfamiliar.
Sacred Tongue. Slow and thoughtful drones created by local artist and producer Sam Dishington. First appearance.
