French Wine Tasting feat. Wine Importer Peter Weygandt
About this Event
I think the very first famous wine importer I met while teaching high school in DC in 1987 was Peter Weygandt – who has made perhaps more great French wine “discoveries” over the years (especially when it comes to value) than any American importer. The 1985 Truchot-Martin Charmes-Chambertin and Clos de la Roche I bought from him at $30 now sell (IF you can find them) for well over $5000!
On Tuesday, September 22nd, we will welcome Warren Leonard from Weygandt to showcase a range of top French wines:
Including red and white Burgundies (including Truchot’s successor estate!), Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Cote-Rotie and more…
*** Must be 21+ to attend
*** No outside food or drink please -- Cheese plates available for purchase in advance, and snacks available for purchase on site
