ABOUT THE BREW: 🍻😎
This farmhouse-inspired ale pours a bright yellow to light orange color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of citrus, strawberry, and spicy phenolic characteristics are naturally present from the esters of the French yeast. Flavors of wheat and citrusy hops blend well with the farmhouse yeast flavors. The finish is dry with notes of strawberry from a late addition of Barbe Rouge hops.
