About this Event
Hands-On French Pastry Workshop
This French Pastry Workshop is a hands-on, small-group experience designed for women without children, whether childfree by choice or childless, who enjoy learning something new while building community alongside others.
We’ll spend the afternoon learning classic French pastry techniques, focusing on croissants and other French-style pastries made using laminated dough—the foundation of flaky layers, buttery texture, and café favorites like pain au chocolat and danishes. You’ll work step by step in a relaxed, supportive environment and leave with freshly baked pastries, dough to take home, and recipes to continue practicing on your own.
Class size is limited to 12 participants. Ticket includes cost of workshop + light refreshments served during class.
------
This gathering is hosted by Our Sister•Ship travel, a Seattle-based community for women without children that brings people together through local events and curated, small-group travel experiences. The workshop is co-hosted by The Pastry Project, a female-owned organization dedicated to expanding access to pastry education. Whether you’re already connected to the Our Sister•Ship community or joining for the first time, you’re warmly welcome.
