Learn to make a classic French feast at home! Students will work in groups of 2 to prepare the dishes. Each student will make and plate their own meal to enjoy in our diner themed space.


What's included

In this class, you'll make:

  • perfectly pan roasted chicken leg quarters
  • a dijon white wine pan sauce
  • carrot fennel salad
  • silky smooth pommes puree
  • chocolate soufflé

Techniques covered:

  • knife skills
  • pan sautéing
