Plan to join in the spirit of Thanksgiving, Saturday, November 23 at the 22nd annual Freeze Your Gizzard 5k and ONE Mile Fun Run at Ida Lee Park!5k runners will receive a long sleeve tech shirt to sport during the race, and/or future bragging rights.
ONE milers will receive our commemorative medal when crossing the finish line.
This annual event supports Loudoun Hunger Relief and offers the opportunity to for you to make a monetary donation when registering
We are also asking that you help us stock the LHR food pantry by bringing non perishable food to packet pick up and/or on race day!
