Freeze the Fear is not just an ice bath, it’s a guided experience designed to help you reset your body, regulate your mind, and build mental resilience in a safe, supported environment.

Guided by Dr. Monika (MBBS,MD), this session blends science-backed practices with conscious breath work to help you move through fear, stress, and mental resistance.

You`ll experience-

-Guided breathwork to prepare your mind and body

-A supported ice bath immersion (for all levels — beginners welcome)

-Techniques to manage stress and regulate your nervous system

-A powerful sense of clarity, confidence & inner control

-A like-minded group energy in a safe, aesthetic space

-A nourishing post-session breakfast to ground and refuel

💧 Before the Session:

•⁠ ⁠For hygiene reasons, take a shower before arriving

•⁠ ⁠Carry your own towel, change of clothes, and toiletries for post-session comfort

•⁠ ⁠Please arrive sober and grounded — do not come under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants

🚖 Prefer coming by a cab since it’s a residential area and we have limited parking spots.
