Who can join and what to expect:
This offer is avaliable to anyone aged 11-18. We will be giving our new students a fast paced crash course in Freestyle Martial Arts. This will include punches, kicks, blocking, movement, footwork and fitness.
What do I need to bring with me?
All you need to bring to your first session is comfortable clothing (jogging bottoms and a T-shirt) and a bottle of water.
