Freestyle DansFit® and Barracks Row Main Street have partnered to bring you Dance Fitness in the Parks—a FREE outdoor fitness series designed to promote movement, wellness, and fun! These high-energy classes are open to all ages (13+) and skill levels, making it easy for everyone to get active in a welcoming community setting.
