Freestyle, a journaling workshop is back! Come learn the art of journaling and handwrite the vision for your life. Learn simple writing techniques to spark creativity and passion. Handwriting inspires action and opens the brain to learning new ideas and concepts.

This journaling workshop is designed to help you reflect on your personal and professional goals and assess how to achieve them. Throughout the course, you will explore different reflective writing activities and gain an understanding of yourself through journaling. In addition to practical tools for mapping out your next steps, you will engage in interactive exercises and reflect individually.

New writing prompts and techniques have been added to this series. We will enjoy meditation and music to uplift our energy and inspire our writing.

Group sharing is not required but will be encouraged. You can bring your own journal but we will have free journals for use.

Men and women ages 18+ are welcome to attend. Hot cocoa and tea will be available free of charge. A $10 love offering is appreciated, but any amount you can contribute is perfectly fine.
