About this Event
Clinical herbalist, Lauren Kallmeyer of Resilient Roots, will offer an overview and discussion of herbs that can help support the nervous system, decrease stress, and increase resilience when times are tough. Participants will get to enjoy drinking herbal teas during the class and will have the option to purchase some of Lauren's herbal products which she grows and processes right here in Madison county. (Class is free - no purchases are required, but if you have the means, please consider a financial contribution to support Lauren's work).
Limited to 20 participants so please register. Recommended for 13 and older. Please note that this event takes place up a flight of stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lauren is a clinical herbalist, nature lover, and nonprofit administrator rooted in Kentucky’s forests and streams. She and her partner, Bernard Clay, tend herbs, food, and native plants in Scorpion Hollow, Berea, KY, alongside their three dogs. www.ResilientRootsKY.com
