FreeSkool: Garden Planning & Seed Swap

Food is one of the essential ingredients for survival so it's fitting that our first, official FreeSkool "class" will be a simple networking opportunity to chat about garden plans, growing techniques, successes, and failures.

Bring along your favorite seed catalogs, extra seeds and gardening supplies, and any questions or ideas you want to share with the group. If folks want to collaborate on seed orders, this can be a fun way to meet new friends and maybe lay the groundwork for future garden parties and work-trade opportunities. Maybe you don't have room for a garden, but have free time to help someone else in exchange for food. If there's an interest, we may also have a side-quest adventure regarding barnyard birds. All interest and skill-levels are welcome.

We'll plan to meet in the second floor multi-purpose room in the Community Farmhouse at HomeGrown HideAways. End time is approximate. Stay till we're done or depart when you need. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks if you like and message with any questions!
