This is a much needed original workshop
I have found that many people who attend my workshops have lingering issues and difficulties caused by their parents that stop them becoming their true selves
For better or worse, how your parents behaved when you grew up has had — and likely will have — a lasting impact on who you are today.
Clinical and research psychologists have studied how adults suffered from poor parenting for decades. Whether your mom or dad was over-involved in your life or neglectful, there are negative consequences to certain types of parental behavior.
Parents are hugely influential for who you are today and and how you act but you can break free of their invisable hold on you
This bespoke workshop will help you free yourself of theses difficulties that may be causing you issues like guilt, self sabotage, anxiety and stress
