A space to move freely, express fully, and land softly into your weekend – a sober and joyful celebration of movement, connection, and presence – a dance floor with soul ♡
Think of it as your conscious afterwork, your end-of-week ritual, your invitation to feel alive, connected and free 🔥
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time, this is a journey where experience doesn't matter – come as you are and dive deep into earthy and sensual rhythms, get wild with fiery tunes, soar into uplifting melodies, and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful embrace of gentle, flowing movements.
Get ready for a musical journey curated by Anna – blending electronic genres like organic house, downtempo, dubstep, techno, psytech and psytrance, all woven together with funky grooves, playful vibes, and flowing melodies.
We begin by arriving in the body, then journey through the five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether – each one inviting a different energy to move through.
Each evening is a unique experience. No choreography, no pressure – just your own rhythm, your own way.
All bodies welcome. No dance experience needed.

Our lovely Jessie will offer food (vegan & gluten free) and snacks - welcome to hang out before and after the dance.
The dance floor is a completely mobile-free and talk-free zone – there's a chill out room where you can hang out and talk 🥰

⁕ PRACTICAL INFO
▻ Arrive on time, no later than 18:45 ♥
We begin at 19:00, with a late admission at 19:15 and 19:45. After that the door is closed!
▻ Welcome to hang out before and after the dance. We offer tea and you can buy food, fika (snacks) and fruit.
▻ Bring a water bottle!
▻ Wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely.
▻ We recommend you to dance barefoot (without socks). You can also use indoor shoes if you want.
▻ The event is facilitated in English or Swedish, depending on the group.
⁕ RULES – of care & respect
▻ The dance floor is a completely mobile-free and talk-free zone – there's a chill out room where you can hang out and talk.
▻ Feel free to invite contact (eye contact, smiles, dance, playfulness), but be careful to respect the boundaries of others. If someone doesn’t want to dance with you or answer your smile then it's always totally okay!
▻ We skip sexual invites or activities (like making out) here on the dance floor.
▻ Take care of yourself, take a break when you need it, take care of your boundaries, etc.
⁕ FIND THE WAY TO KOMPANI 415
The closest bus stop is Kvibergsskolan. When you get off the bus, just walk one minute back (with the "castle" on the right side of the road) until you see a yellow house on your right (that's Kompani 415!) – turn right into Marketenterivägen.
The closest tram stop is Bellevue (or Kviberg). From Bellevue, follow Kvibergsvägen straight towards the castle-like building, for about 10 minutes, until you see a yellow house on your left (that's Kompani 415!) – turn left into Marketenterivägen.
There's also a car parking on the opposite side of the road.

▻ Anna Lindh
I founded 5 Elements Dance in Gothenburg in 2018. The dance floor is where I feel most alive and in flow with life! I am a 5 Elements Dance facilitator, a certified personal coach, and a meditation teacher. I have also studied psychology, and dance and movement therapy. My goal is to help people find their way back to themselves through free movement, creative expression, and guided meditations. I love creating spaces where people can meet in authenticity and loving presence, beyond facades and the stress of everyday life. Self-compassion, self-love, and acceptance are at the core of everything I create and guide, often sprinkled with a generous dose of playfulness and joy!
