Palm Bay will host one of Brevard County's premier Emancipation Day celebrations on Saturday, August 1, 2026, as Caribbean CEO Kitchen presents Freedom's Table, an elegant evening honoring Caribbean history, culture, and cuisine. The event will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Taste of the Tropics, 2595, Palm Bay, Florida.

Held in observance of Emancipation Day, Freedom's Table commemorates the abolition of slavery throughout much of the British Caribbean on August 1, 1834. The evening will bring together business leaders, elected officials, entrepreneurs, educators, clergy, community organizations, and residents to celebrate freedom, resilience, and the enduring contributions of the Caribbean community through exceptional cuisine, cultural storytelling, music, and fellowship.
