As the Spring Equinox approaches and light begins to win out over darkness, please join us for the inaugural Freedom Youth Yoga Gala. On Thursday, March 19, 2026, we will gather to channel that collective light in a magical, adults-only, evening of celebration and purpose. This special event brings together supporters, partners, and community leaders to celebrate our serendipitous origin, the impact we’ve made, and to invest in the future of physical and mental youth wellness.​

Your support directly helps expand access to mindful movement, emotional regulation, and resilience-building programs for children and teens, especially in under-resourced communities. Together, we’ll honor our journey, share our vision, and raise critical funds to ensure more young people can grow, thrive, and find balance—on the mat and beyond.
