Freedom to Lead 7: Resetting, reconnecting, building our future together

It's been 17 months since we last came together and we have a lot to catch up about. We have a mostly new senior leadership team, have been through a period of major organisational change on the health side of the LCOs and continued exciting transformation in adult social care. We’ve also seen the publication of the new NHS Ten Year Plan which is all about what the LCOs do best across health and social care – working together on behalf of people in the communities we serve.

Freedom to Lead is an opportunity to meet our new team, it’s a chance to reconnect with colleagues from across the organisation and learn from each other - and it’s come at the perfect time as we look to the future and work together to shape what’s next to make Manchester and Trafford stronger.

Getting there

There is free parking at the venue, but not enough spaces for everyone. We'd like to encourage staff to think about cycling, walking, car-pooling or taking public transport.

The venue is about 15 minutes walk to Firswood Metrolink or main bus routes along Alexandra Road and Wilbraham Road.
