Freedom to Exhale is an intimate somatic stretch experience designed to help guests release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect back to the body in a safe, elevated space.

Through gentle somatic movement, Reiki energy healing, immersive sound therapy, and grounding breathwork, attendees will be guided into a deeper state of ease, presence, and emotional release.
