DJ Gilles Peterson has shaped the landscape of British music for decades bringing jazz focused music onto the dancefloor, championing old and new forms of jazz on pirate radio in the ‘80s and up to the present, and breaking new talent across genres on his Talkin’ Loud and Brownswood record labels. For February’s Freedom Sound! set our DJs will be digging into the back catalogue of both these labels for a diverse set of Gilles inspired tracks.
