Freedom Run Women's Health and Wellness 5K 2026 - Fun for the whole family!

BRE Innovative Solutions LLC, in partnership with Build Reward Empower 501c3, is thrilled to extend a heartfelt invitation to join us for this year’s Freedom Run Women's Health and Family Wellness 5K, taking place on October 3, 2026, from 9 am to 12 pm, highlighting heart health for women, community bonding, and healing through awareness and action.

Join us at Ebey Waterfront Park, Marysville, WA, for fun and fitness at the Freedom Run Women's Health and Wellness 5K 2026! Get ready to lace up your running shoes and bring the whole family for a morning of empowerment, community, and onsite vendors. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a walker, or just starting, this event is for you. Enjoy the scenic route along the waterfront and participate in activities promoting women's health and family wellness.

This year's volunteers and vendors are primarily students, moms, and local wellness teams. So, let's get ready to run or walk together towards a healthier and happier future! #empowerherwellness #runtogether. This family 5k will be chip-timed.

All 5k media and proceeds support customized workshops, wellness programming, and events that operate to positively impact families throughout the greater Snohomish County.

Run or walk at your own risk and bring protective accessories if needed. No refunds will be provided, but the funds will go to support future wellness programming and events.
