📍 Fireworks launch over the skies west of Downtown, above Buffalo Bayou, Allen Parkway, and Memorial Drive

The fireworks launch site is Eleanor Tinsley Park on Allen Parkway. The show is visible from virtually all of Downtown Houston and surrounding neighborhoods with a clear sightline to the west.
🎆 Best free viewing spots:
• Anywhere along Memorial Drive west of Downtown
• Heights neighborhood (elevated views looking south)
• Waugh Drive Bridge over Buffalo Bayou
• McGovern Park / Shepherd Drive area
• Houston skyline viewpoints east of Downtown
The paid Freedom Over Texas festival ($15) takes place at Eleanor Tinsley Park and includes 7 hours of live music (Keith Urban, Los Lonely Boys, Collective Soul), food, and activities leading up to the fireworks.
