Celebrate Juneteenth through movement, connection, and community with lululemon Garden State Plaza and Ambassadors Kay & Nekyzsa at Overpeck Park.
Join us for Freedom in Motion, a special outdoor community sweat honoring the spirit of Juneteenth through wellness, empowerment, and togetherness.
We'll begin with an energizing yoga flow led by Nekyzsa designed to help you ground, breathe, and move with intention. From there, Kay will guide participants through a bootcamp-style strength workout focused on building confidence, resilience, and power through movement.
Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, this all-levels experience is designed to challenge and inspire you while creating space for connection within our community.
