Freedom from Insecurity: A Meditation Class, Sat, April 4th, 11am at Odiyana Center, Glastonbury. The practice of Buddhist meditation enables us to experience directly our pure nature for what it is: limitless potential. In this class, through teachings and guided meditations, we will develop this empowering insight so that we can easily let go of our limiting self-conceptions and insecurities, freeing us to become the confident and joyful person we wish to be. Everyone welcome! Cost $25- no one turned away for lack of funds.
