Freedom + Flow: The Cuntemporary Dance SleepoverJoin up to 20 fellow movers, explorers and shakers as we explore a different contemporary dance tool each day including contact improvisation, to fall and recovery technique, gaga-technique inspired movement, composition and basic improvisation and choreographic concepts over the course of five days. By the last day, we will have a full length piece that we will have professionally filmed together as a group to perform what you have learned!
Each day you will also get a micro-dance history lesson to be able to contextualize everything you are learning!
