A fun conscious non guided dance session where we move from gentle music to warm up through disco to house music ending with a sound bath relaxation on the floor to end. Come and shake off the week and dance like no one is watching!There is also the option to buy a cup of ceremonial cacao. Cacao is a slow release energy which contains anandamide, the bliss molecule and releases serotonin so it is a wonderfully uplifting and heart opening drink to dance with!

£15 Friday once a month at Salt Water Studios Worthing 7.30-9.30pm.
£5 Cacao
Ceremonial grade Cacao is a beautiful heart opening drink (it releases anandamide, the bliss molecule, and serotonin) that has a slow release energy, lots of magnesium and is really uplifting to dance with! This month Sher, The Modern Goddess, will be offering Cacao.
Please arrive from 7.15pm to get ready to start for 7.30pm.
Please bring water.
We dance barefooted.
