Dad La Soul Playdate For Dads and Kids - Worthing

Dad La Soul' is a revolutionary, grassroots movement, that uses the arts, music, tech and play to tackle social isolation in dads and kids.

We produce kick-ass Saturday morning playdates for dads, stepdads, granddads and male carers who want to hang out with their kids, play/learn/teach new skills and make some new cool friends.

Here's what we're up to this year:

• SAT 26th FEB - Free craft - some along with your kids and let your creative imaginations run WILD!
• SAT 26th MAR - Punch and Judy in the Bug Park in Beach House Park. This is ALWAYS popular with kids and dads alike. Watch the show and learn the secrets behind this amazing tradition.!!! NOTE CHANGE OF LOCATION FOR THIS EVENT!!!!
• SAT 30th APR - Storytime with Owen Davies
• SAT 28th MAY - Free craft - some along with your kids and let your creative imaginations run WILD!
• SAT 25th JUN - Beach clean! We do our bit for Worthing beach, meeting at COAST CAFE
• SAT 30th JUL - Nerf Wars! We provide the Nerf guns, you bring your best strategy
• SAT 24th SEP - Punch and Judy in Beach House Park. This is ALWAYS popular with kids and dads alike. Watch the show and learn the secrets behind this amazing tradition.
• SAT 29th OCT - Halloween! We'll create some spooky Halloween accessories to celebrate this ghoulish time of year
• SAT 26th NOV - DJ Workshop. Learn to drop your best tunes with style. With help from an expert professional DJ friend of Dad La Soul
• SAT 17th DEC - Christmas. It's time to let our hair down and celebrate the festive season with our Christmas party.

You can expect soft play, old-school tunes, crafting, Lego, dress-up, free drinks/snacks.

Venue is Methold House, unless stated above.

We have an incredible HQ in the centre of Worthing, with free parking, a garden, three rooms, a big screen and a cafe. It is essentially the dad version of when women go to the toilet together at the pub except the kids are invited. It's a safe space for dads and kids to let off steam, have some banter and ask for help. Suitable for children aged 0-10
