Come and join us for another nourishing community gathering in the magical woodlands in Sywell, Northampton
Emma owner of this magical woodland will take you through a gentle breathwork session to bring you in the body, connecting you to the trees and the space around you.
Join Lilly & Estella to open up the space in a cacao (or tea if you prefer) ceremony, an ancient ritual that creates intention for yourself, the community and the dance that Estella will guide as you journey into Freedom Dance.
The music is a diverse range of alternative house with instrumental world sounds. This particular session will weave in some of the musicians that will be attending and playing at Back to the Roots Fest.
