Freedom Beats is open to everyone of all ages who wants to explore a guided, joyful movement journey. It is also a community project where all are welcome to facilitate a dance. If you have always wanted to host a dance journey or have a great playlist you would love to share, Freedom Beats' intention is for us all to take turns hosting each week, sharing our gifts of music, dance, laughter, and play.
