🤴👸🏻 King USMC LTCOL (Retired) Roman Kemp Cason and Queen Lucy Cason and Ball Captain Danielle Lennix invite you to celebrate and honor veterans at the Elk’s Annual Freedom Ball on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. (Doors Open at 5pm) at the new Price Leblanc PACE Center located at 2824 St. Anthony Avenue, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 featuring the band Trilogy. 🤴👸🏻The Freedom Ball is a public fundraising program hosted by Donaldsonville Elks Lodge #1153 to support veteran service programs. The Freedom Ball an annual fundraiser to support veterans services programs. Proceeds from the ball will be reserved to provide services that benefit the health and well-being of veterans; those who serve, have served, and have given their lives to protect our democratic way of life.
Supporters can participate by purchasing a table of 8 ($500) or by individual tickets ($50 early tickets & 75 after January 25). Guests are required to attend in formal attire or military uniform and if desired, may choose from a selection of catered items (list to be sent by request). All guest or corporate tables (8 seats) will include ice and setups (1 Coca Cola - 2-liters, 1 Coke Zero - 2 - liters, Sprite - 2-liters, and 1 Gal. Water). Guests are welcomed to bring beverages to the ball. This includes alcohol. Food must be purchased from the approved catering menu by calling The Cabin Catering & Events at 225.473.3007 or Alexander’s Market at 225-615-7800. There will be NO CASH BAR. Some individual tickets are available ($50 early tickets & 75 after January 25). A hotel room block is reserved at the Clarion Conference Center at 1500 Louisiana Highway 30 W, Gonzales, LA 70737 which is approximately one-quarter mile from the event.
