The Shows! Part One and Part Two of The Freedom & Justice Summit, will be two different collaborative performances. Tickets for Friday Night are $25.00; Saturday Night Tickets are $25.00 or attend both for $45.00. Tickets will be on sale through The Grand’s website, processing fees apply. Concessions will be available for purchase both nights. Full lists of Artists, performers and speakers for both nights to be posted in the discussion page of this event, as well as on AIMe’s website.
Doors Open Both Nights at 6:00 p.m., shows begin at 7:00 p.m.
Freedom & Justice Summit: “Part Two: Our Past, Our Present”
At the heart of Night Two of the Freedom & Justice Summit lies a powerful convergence of legacy and urgency. Through soul-stirring music and spoken word poetry, we honor the voices of past and present musicians and storytellers; those who sang, marched, and spoke their truth to exercise Freedom of Speech. Their rhythms and resilience echo into the present, offering lessons, warnings, and inspiration.
This evening becomes a living archive, where intergenerational storytelling, creative expression, and cultural memory ignite dialogue. While remembering our past and bringing in present artists and performers who are the inheritors of this wisdom, inviting us all to carry the torch forward.
“Our Past, Our Present” is a call to listen deeply, reflect boldly, and act courageously.
