Doraville!Being able to do what we love, playing music and paying tribute to the greatest southern rock band in history Lynyrd Skynyrd is such an honor. But to come to Doraville, GA and perform for the 50th Anniversary of the release of the iconic southern rock anthem Freebird is a unimaginable privilege.
Studio One in Doraville was the epicenter for the southern rock movement. “Pronounced” was Skynyrd’s first album released on (MCA-Sounds of the South) with the songs that will stand the test of time.
Come join us December 15th as we are honored to join the City of Doraville to commemorate this life changing event that catapulted Lynyrd Skynyrd to rock-n-roll royalty
This year marks the 50th anniversary of Lynyrd Skynyrd's iconic song "Freebird," which was famously recorded at Studio One in Doraville, GA. This iconic track has become a timeless anthem, cherished by generations of music lovers and synonymous with the Southern rock movement. The fact that this song was brought to life in Doraville highlights the town's rich musical heritage and the vital role it played during that era.
To honor this extraordinary milestone, the City of Doraville will be unveiling a plaque recognizing Lynyrd Skynyrd and their contributions to music.
