Join us for a free Chair Yoga class designed to help you move with ease, improve balance, and feel more confident in your body. This gentle, supportive class is perfect for all levels—especially beginners and seniors. Experience how small movements can make a big difference, and learn about our upcoming 6-week course starting November 3rd.
Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a way to stay active and steady, chair yoga makes movement accessible to everyone. We’ll explore simple seated and standing poses using the chair for support, along with breath and relaxation practices to calm the mind.
You’ll leave feeling sturdy, relaxed and lighter.

Cost: Free demo class (registration required — space is limited to 15 participants)
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing you can move in and a bottle of water. Chairs will be provided.
Who It’s For: Adults of all ages, especially those seeking to improve balance, flexibility, and confidence in movement. Not appropriate (at this time) for individuals requiring a wheelchair.

About the Instructor:
Hillary Carlisle is an experienced certified yoga instructor and CPTSD recovery coach who has been teaching yoga to seniors and adults of all experience levels. Her approach combines mindful movement, nervous system education, and compassion-based guidance to support healing and mobility at every age.
